ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 24.01.2023, when Registry was asked to issue notice to the respondent. Needful has been done. As per office report, respondent could not be served due to incomplete address.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is unable to assist this Court as his attempts to contact his client have turned futile and he pleads lack of instructions.

Be that as it may, instant appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the appellant to file an appropriate application, if anything survives.
