By way of the present petition filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.141 dated 14.11.2025 registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 324(4), 309(6) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNS') at Police Station Bhupani, District Faridabad.

In the present matter, a compromise has been effected between the parties. Petitioners along with co-accused has approached this Court by way of filing a petition bearing CRM-M-7466-2026 (O & M) titled as 'Prateek and others vs. State of Haryana and others' for quashing of present FIR on the basis of said compromise, which has been allowed vide order of even date.

In view of the above, both petitions stands disposed of as having been rendered as infructuous.
