(Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking directions to respondent Nos.2 to 4, to conduct the investigation of the case in fair and impartial manner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite registration of the FIR, no step has been taken by the police to conclude the proceedings. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation (Annexure P-3) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna but till date no action has been taken.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Khanna (respondent No.3), to decide the representation (Annexure P-3), in accordance with law.
