(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of complaint No.13, dated 23.12.2009, Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur and order dated 08.03.2010 whereby the petitioners have been summoned under Sections 323, 452, 427, 341, 148, 149, 504, 506 & 120-B IPC on the basis of compromise dated 03.02.2019 (Annexure P-2). 2.

Pursuant to order dated 28.02.2019, report dated 30.03.2019 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Mukerian, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and complaint No.13, dated 23.12.2009, Police Station Talwara, District Hoshiarpur and order dated 08.03.2010 whereby the petitioners have been summoned under Sections 323, 452, 427, 341, 148, 149, 504, 506 & 120-B IPC along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
