Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.68 dated 1.6.2014 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act,PS Kathunangal, Amritsar.

There was recovery of 200 grams of intoxicating powder from the right pocket of the pant of accused petitioner,who was apprehended on spot on 1.6.2014. Due to non-availability of FSL repot he was granted interim bail on 25.7.2015 and due to his absence on 2.1.2016 his bail bonds were cancelled and NBWs issued for arrest. Reason for non-appearance is that the petitioner is employed as a Driver and therefore, unwittingly, could not appear in Court on the date fixed.
