RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 to 10. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Sukhwinder Singh, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that in case FIR No.55 dated 03.08.2017 registered under Sections 324, 323 and 34 IPC at Police Station Bhadaur, District Barnala, lodged by petitioner No.2, police is going to file cancellation report within a month and the petitioners can raise protest to the cancellation report so to be submitted.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Prior notice be given to the petitioners at the time of filing alleged cancellation report. (RAMENDRA JAIN) February 11, 2019 JUDGE R.S.
