This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 45 dated 15.01.2015 under Sections 498A, 323, 406, 506 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Gurgaon, district Gurgaon.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Sheoran Lal, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 26, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 26, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
