RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing DDR No.104/SD dated 29/30.04.2013 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.43 dated 29.04.2013 under Sections 323/325/341/506/148/149 IPC registered at Police Station Naya Gaon, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, on the basis of compromise.

Pursuant to the order dated 25.04.2017 of this Court, the parties appeared before the trial Court on 04.05.2017 to get their statements recorded. Learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, SAS Nagar (Mohali), has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.616 dated 05.05.2017 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions, SAS Nagar vide Endst. No.4143 dated 08.05.2017.

According to the report, the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class is satisfied that compromise entered into between the parties is voluntary, out of their free will and consent and without any fear or pressure. Considering the report of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class dated

-2CRM-M-13679 of 2017 05.05.2017 and the fact that the compromise will bring harmony in relations between the parties, DDR No.104/SD dated 29/30.04.2013 (Annexure P-1) in FIR No.43 dated 29.04.2013, is hereby quashed. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
