(ORAL) Counsel for the appellants states that he was informed by the appellants about 08 days ago that the matter has been settled but states that he is not in a position to make a positive statement and, therefore, he has no instructions to address arguments. Counsel for contesting respondent no.1 is not present. Counsel for respondent no.2, who is proforma respondent, is present but states that he has no information in the matter.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the appellants, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. In case the dispute survives, parties would be at liberty to seek revival of the appeal.
