(ORAL) Petitioner seeks bail pending trial in FIR No. 121 dated 12.8.2014 under Section 376/120-B IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station City Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Punjab. Notice to the Advocate General, Punjab.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Daljit Singh Virk, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice and files custody certificate by way of affidavit dated 6.5.2015.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not intend to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as not pressed, at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
