!"# $ Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as per the instructions of his client necessary directions be issued to the official respondents to ensure that in case any incident is brought to their notice they undertake to take prompt and urgent action on the matter so as to protect the life and personal liberty of the petitioners. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kulwant Singh, Police Station Mullepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib, has assured the Court that the official respondents will undertake the same without loss of time.
