(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondent No.4. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if his representation (Annexure P-3) is looked into by the concerned authority and a decision thereon is taken within four weeks from today.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned authority to look into the representation (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and same be decided within a period of four weeks from today in accordance with law.
