Since these petitions arise from a common orders which became respectively carried in Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-5 in CWP No.5342 of DIWAKER GULATI 2024.05.01 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

CWP No. 5342 of 1996 -22024:PHHC:059265-DB CWP No.5108 of 1998 CWP No. 12510 of 1995 1996 and CWP No.5108 of 1998, and Annexures P-5 and P-8 in CWP No.12510 of 1995, therefore, the said writ petitions are amenable for becoming decided through a common verdict.

Without going into the merits of the writ petitions supra, this Court, in view of the scribed/signatured compromise submitted by the contesting litigants, vernacular whereof has been placed on record, thus deems it fit to, after allowing the writ petitions supra, quash and set aside the impugned Annexures supra.

The learned counsels are ad idem that to the said compromise Ex.PA be assigned. The said exhibit be made on the compromise and underneath the making of the said exhibit to the compromise, the counsels shall, on each of the pages of the compromise, thus append their respective signatures. The said compromise be made a part and parcel of the writ petitions. In aftermath, in terms of the said compromise Ex.PA, the writ petitions are allowed and the impugned Annexures supra are quashed and set aside.
