This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 12 dated 11.03.2015 under Sections 326, 323, 324, 325, 148 & 149 IPC at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Hardeep Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 08, 2015, petitioners have joined the investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 08, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
