**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 33 dated 15.4.2019 under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Mamdot, District Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines her prayer to the extent that a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel points out that petitioner is the sole accused in the FIR and recovery of 01 kg 690 grams of heroin was effected from him. He further submits that out of 08 prosecution witness, 06 witnesses have already been examined.

Keeping in view the above, the trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest. The petition stands disposed of.
