ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.177 dated 13.09.2016, registered under Sections 304, 452, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Kotwali, District Kapurthala. The operative part of the order dated 09.04.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....It is inter alia contended that the petitioners have been involved in a long standing civil dispute with the complainant. This civil dispute was decided in favour of the petitioners and therefore, some members of the village had gone to shrine to apprise Baba Manjit Singh about his loss and that he should vacate the site. No incident of assault ever took place. Cause of death of Bagga Singh has been confirmed by the medical authorities to be the coronary disease.

CRM-M No.14575 of 2018 Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 09.04.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Paramjit Singh, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 09.04.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
