Prayer in this criminal miscellaneous application, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for withdrawal of main petition, bearing CRM-M-13673-2015, on the basis of the compromise.

CRM-2821-2016 in/and CRM-M-13673-2015 (O&M) that during trial, better sense has prevailed and both the private factions have resolved their dispute and effected a compromise and the accused were acquitted.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from HC Saraj Kumar of Police Station, Division No. 6, Ludhiana, as well as learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, have not controverted the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and gone through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the present criminal miscellaneous application is allowed and the applicant/petitioner is permitted to withdraw the main petition, i.e. CRM-M-13673-2015. CRM-M-13673-2015:

In view of order passed in CRM-2821-2016 today, the this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
