***** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to allow her to join on the post of 'Dental Surgeon'.

Learned State counsel, at the outset submits that petitioner was selected as Dental Surgeon and, therefore, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.
