Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for seeking regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 146, dated 11.10.2017, under Sections 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Guru Harsahai, District Ferozepur. At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that since trial is over, hence, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infrutuous.
