At this stage, the counsel for the respondent submits that the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act i.e. HMA/139/2025 titled as 'Mandeep Kumar vs. Sadhna', has since been withdrawn before the trial Court.

In view of the statement so made by counsel for the respondent, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.
