This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 134 dated 28.02.2015 under Sections 494 & 506 IPC at Police Station City Jind, district Jind.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Dilbag Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated April 28, 2015, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated April 28, 2015 is made absolute subject to conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
