**** JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The two proprietorship concerns, i.e. M/s. Shivam Cable Network through its proprietor Mrs. Veena Kapoor (petitioner No. 1) and M/s. New Classic Ice Cream, through its proprietor Baldev Singh (petitioner No. 2), alongwith the said two proprietors have filed the present petition for setting aside the order dated 12.03.2020 (Annexure P-3), passed by the District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh in an application moved under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 by the Secured Creditor, i.e. M/s. CFM Asset Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi, through its Authorized Officer Sh. Subhash Sakhuja, whereby possession of the common secured asset / mortgaged property in question, i.e. SCF No. 1, Sector-20-C, Chandigarh, has been ordered to be delivered through official assistance to the Secured Creditor.
