Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 121 dated 3.8.2020, under Section 304 IPC, registered at Police Station Kharar, District SAS Nagar, Mohali. Vide order dated 17.3.2021, passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 17.3.2021, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Charanjeet Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for any further investigation.
