The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondent to release unpaid dues in lieu of providing light decoration and allied services. 2.
The petitioner claims that he duly executed light decoration work for events in the years 2016 to 2018 to the satisfaction of the district administration. Despite approval of the authorities, the bills have remained unpaid till date.

Learned State counsel submits that competent authority would consider petitioner's claim and if it is found that he has actually rendered services and remained unpaid, the outstanding payment, if any, would be released within three months from today. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner agrees to the aforesaid arrangement.
