This petition, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 314, dated 14th November, 2020, under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib. 3.

This Court vide order dated 16th March, 2021, granted interim bail to the petitioners, subject to joining investigation and complying with the conditions as provided under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 4.
