Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in a case registered against him under section 420/467/468/272 IPC and section 61 of the Excise Act at police station Sadar Dadri (Bhiwani) vide FIR No. 368 dated 14.10.2012.

At the outset, it is submitted that pursuant to order dated April 30, 2015, petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and furnished bail bonds.

This contention is not controverted by learned State counsel.

In view of above, order dated April 30, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Disposed of.
