(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the rejection of its technical bid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that it has filed the representations dated 07.03.2022 (Annexures P-12 and P-13) before the respondent-authorities which are not being decided and, therefore, it may be permitted to pursue the matter with them.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana submits that the petitioner's representations shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the statement of learned State counsel, the writ petition stands disposed of.
