(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., seeking the grant of 'regular bail' to the petitioner, in case FIR No.202 dated 30.03.2015, registered at Police Station City, Sirsa, for the alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 302, 346, 201, 216, 404, 411, read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Pursuant to the order dated 05.05.2017, an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Sirsa, has been filed in Court today by learned State counsel, stating to the effect that as per the Medical Board constituted by the learned Civil Surgeon, Sirsa, the petitioner's mother may need to be operated for a Sebaceous Cyst, Dumoid Cyst of Scalp, which is an elective procedure and not an emergency procedure. It has further stated that other than the petitioner, he has a younger brother studying at Bhiwani, who can look after his mother. Be that as it may, since the operation to be conducted is stated to be of the scalp and there may be some kind of risk involved, on the date that the petitioners' mother elects to have herself operated, it is directed that the petitioner be taken in custody to meet his mother at the hospital and be Rajneesh Sharma 2017.05.18 14:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
