Status report by way of affidavit of Bhupinder Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Anti-Narcotics Task Force, Ferozepur Range, Ferozepur has been filed on behalf of respondent-State and the same is taken on record.

On 17.03.2026, petitioner was sent to Guru Gobind Singh Medical College and Hospital where the surgical wound was noted to have healed satisfactory.

Act, 1985 (Section 29 and 27B added later on) at Police Station ANTF Wing, District ANTF Wing.
