BEDI, J (ORAL) Counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 submit that though the matter has been compromised but the registered documents of transfer of the property on the basis of fake power of attorney of Parkash Kaur by way of registered sale deed are to be revoked or affirmed by execution of fresh documents by the original owners having interest in the property. Counsel for the complainant submits that civil suit filed for challenging the registered sale deed on the basis of fake power of attorney would be withdrawn.

I have considered the facts and circumstances of the present case and I am of the opinion that by merely withdrawing the suit the sale deed on the basis of fake power of attorney cannot RAJ KUMAR ARORA 2015.02.06 16:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 seek time for transfer of the rights of the heirs of Parkash Kaur in the property in dispute afresh to the original vandee/subsequent vandee. Dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage, with liberty to approach this Court after final implementation of the terms of the compromise as mentioned hereinabove.
