**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR No. 85 dated 15.6.2014, unde Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Sadar Kapurthala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was on regular bail in the present case, but he could not appear before the learned trial court on 16.4.2015, because of which his bail has been cancelled. He further submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the learned trial court on the date already fixed, i.e. 1.5.2015 and it may be directed to consider his bail application sympathetically.

CRM-M-13740 of 2015 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after careful perusal of the record of the case, petitioner is directed to appear before the learned trial court on the date already fixed, i.e. 1.5.2015, and bring to its notice all the attending circumstances of the case because of which, he could not appear on 16.4.2015. Thereafter, learned trial court shall consider the bail application of the petitioner sympathetically and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law. Disposed of, accordingly.
