**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioners are seeking regular bail in FIR No. 34 dated 5.8.2017 registered at Police Station Women Cell, Jalandhar under Sections 376, 120-B IPC.
Counsel for the petitioners contends that the petitioners are from Uttar Pradesh and they are ready to furnish local surety. The record shows that the complainant is a married woman aged 35 years. In the cross-examination she has admitted that her husband had a dispute relating to the sugarcane machine and an application had been filed with the police. No DNA test has been carried out. The petitioners are in custody since August 2017. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, both the petitions are allowed and the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on their furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
