**** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondent No.4, to implement the orders of respondents No. 1 to 3 and sanction the mutation of the property as decided by them.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that present petition is pending consideration from the last about two years. He has submitted that despite notice issued by this Court to respondent No. 5, she never appeared. He further submits that for redressal of his grievances, the petitioner had filed representations, Annexures P-5 and P-6, to SubDivisional Magistrate, District Sangrur, but till date, no decision has been taken on the same After hearing counsel for the parties and going through the file, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4Assistance Collector Ist Grade-cum-Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Sangrur to decide the representation, Annexure P-5 expeditiously in accordance with law preferably within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
