 Through this petition, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.17 dated 24.01.2022, registered at Police Station Hargobindpur, District Gurdaspur, under Sections 304, 452, 148 and 149 IPC.

Vide order dated 16.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioners had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

        

                   

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Tarlok Singh, submits that the petitioners have joined investigation and are now not required for any further investigation. Moreover in the present case, cancellation report has been presented.
