ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 16.01.2023, when none appeared for appellants and Registry was asked to issue notice to their learned counsel for appellant. Needful has been done. On resumed hearing today, learned counsel for appellant appears and submits that his client has taken brief from him. He seeks discharge from the case and his assistance be dispensed with. May do so. In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the appellant to file an application, if appellant chooses to contact his client.
