Present petition has been filed praying for issuance of direction to respondents to consider/decide the request of the petitioner Gurdeep Singh for grant of regular parole of eight weeks to meet his family members that has been recommended and forwarded by Superintendent Jail, Patiala, vide Dispatch No.8494, dated 14.08.2024 to the office of DC/DM Patiala and the same is pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh with better particulars. 3.
