Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.78 dated 16.12.2020, under Sections 148, 149, 302, 307 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25, 27 and 54 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Munak, District Karnal. 2.
