Learned counsel for the appellants would contend that despite his best efforts and sending registered letters to the appellants, he is not able to contact the appellants and that the letters have come back undelivered. Photocopies of the envelope have been placed on the record. In view thereof, it appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. This Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive the appeal in case anything survives. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
