Mr. Sameer Sachdeva, Advocate for the respondent-PGI. * * * * This writ petition was filed on behalf of the petitioner by Mr. SB Nagpal, Advocate. Counsel did not put in appearance when the matter was listed before the Lok Adalat on 26.10.2016. Notice was issued to Mr. SB Nagpal, Advocate for 09.12.2016. The said notice was received back with the report "Brief given back to the client." Notice was, thereafter, issued to the petitioner. The said notice has been received back unserved with the report "No person of such name is residing at the given address." A perusal of the award shows that the claim of the workman was rejected by the Labour Court after holding that the services of the workman were terminated legally and he is not entitled to the relief claimed.

Since none has come present, this writ petition is ordered to be consigned to record with liberty to the petitioner to get it revived, if need be.
