This is the petitioner's third attempt to get bail during the pendency of the trial arising from the FIR No. 6 dated 16.11.2018, registered under Section 18 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 482 and 483 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station State Special Operation Cell, S.A.S.Nagar, Mohali. 2.
Mr. Nikhil Chopra, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, on the instructions from Sub Inspector Ravinder, submits that the petitioner has been convicted by the learned Special Court in the aforesaid FIR. 3.
