The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 10.04.1990 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Bhiwani whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 19.07.1989 is allowed.

None had appeared on behalf of appellants on 19.02.2020, 11.05.2022 and 06.12.2022, as such notice was issued to the appellants and as per office report, it is revealed that the service has been effected on the appellant Nos.1 and 3 and appellant No.2 has since expired as also respondent Nos.1 and 2, however, still there is no representation on their behalf. 4.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
