!"# $ Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.6 dated 16.01.2015 registered at Police Station Lambi, District Shri Mukhsar Sahib under Sections 4988A, 406, 1208B IPC. Vide order dated 30.04.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from HC Gurmeet Singh, submits that the petitioner has already been found innocent during investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 30.04.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
