Mr. Jaswinder Singh, Advocate, for the complainant. PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of concession of regular bail to the petitioners in a case arising from FIR No.113 dated 07.09.2014 registered under Sections 307/452/325/356/295-A/427/506/148/149 IPC and Section 25 (54) of the Arms Act at Police Station Sudhar, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no injury has been attributed to the petitioners. Similarly situated co-accused, namely, Rupinder Singh and Harmanpreet Singh have already been granted bail by the trial Court.

Learned State counsel, after seeking instructions from ASI Tilak Raj, does not dispute the said facts.

No. M-13777 of 2015 Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that trial would not be concluded in near future, petitioners can be granted concession of bail. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed. Petitioners are ordered to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds, to the satisfaction of Trial Court/Duty Magistrate, Ludhiana.
