Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for issuance of directions to official respondents to protect their life and liberty from the hands of private respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that marriage of the petitioners was solemnized on 08.1.2015. Certificate (Annexure P-3) in this regard has been issued by Pracheen Gurudwara Dashmesh Pita Patshahi Daswi (Regd.), Sector-2, Panchkula. Photographs of marriage ceremony are annexed as Annexure P-4. Life and liberty of the petitioners be protected.
