Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Gurpreet Singh, Police Station, Sadar, Kotkapura, District Faridkot, submits that out of nine, four prosecution witnesses have been given up, one has been examined and another witness has partly been examined. He further submits that the case before learned trial court is fixed for 30.01.2015 for remaining prosecution witnesses and in all probabilities the prosecution would conclude its case on the said date. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
