This order may be read in continuation of order dated 2.5.2016. The petitioner having already put in appearance before the Area Magistrate and having been granted the concession of interim bail, the petition is allowed. Interim order dated 2.5.2016 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that he will make himself available as and when required by the prosecution agency or the court and will not leave India without an intimation to the Area Magistrate till the final disposal of the case qua him.
