The earlier petition filed by the present petitioner in the same FIR was got dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 11.1.2016. Present petition has been filed the very next day by urging that change of circumstance is in the shape of an affidavit (P-7) filed in other separate petitions filed qua FIRs containing identical allegations, undertaking to pay outstanding amounts.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner at length no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Admittedly, petitioner is already in jail as an undertrial in RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.01.19 11:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

CRM-M 1478/2016 connected FIRs with identical allegations of having committed fraud to the tune of crores of rupees with his investors. The aforesaid affidavit (P-7) was produced and considered during the course of hearing in the earlier petition, which was got dismissed as withdrawn on 11.1.2016. Dismissed.
