*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Jatinder Singh-respondent herein filed a petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for dissolution of marriage, which was allowed on 18.01.2019 by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar. Aggrieved by said judgment and decree dated 18.01.2019, Sukhwinder Kaur-appellant has filed the present appeal.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and thereafter, both the parties are residing together happily.

Learned counsel for the respondent also not disputed this fact and has no objection in case, the appeal filed by the appellant-wife is allowed.
