MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.107 dated 30.11.2023 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 326 (added later on), 341, 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sadar, Rupnagar. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. However, he submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear and surrender before the trial Court, however, he be protected till his appearance before the trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, petitioner is directed to appear and surrender before the trial Court/Duty Magistrate within seven days from today. Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against him. 5.
