**** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner intends to approach the respondent No. 1 being higher authority against the impugned order dated 28.01.2020 (Annexure P-10) by way of representation for the redressal of his grievance and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that in case, the petitioner files any such representation with the authority concerned qua impugned order dated 28.01.2020 (Annexure P-10), the same will be considered and an appropriate speaking order will be passed by the authority concerned within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the claim of the petitioner is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in RIYA 2024.05.02 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with respondent No. 1 as stated herein before. 5.
